1) It is not all the area is coverred or supported but they will not tell you exactly. Please remember, it is by street, not area!! Some of them even under testing
2) When you call the support, they will give you 101 reasons. No one will follow up with you on your support call. Is this what you guys wanted?
3) The quality of services is totall sucks! Those that tried will agreed with me.
4) When they promised you 10MB internet link, it is not 10MB all the time... it will switch to a lower mode, perhaps 1MB after certain usage. (they put into small clause where everyone cant see clearly)
5) About Wiggy, once you subscribes, perhaps using your credit card - there are no ways for you to gain back your money (although they said there is money back gurantee!! Aware!!! My case is there for months. No news yet.
6) It suppose to be a mobile Internet, but guess what? They are expecting you to be in one location. What is the point to have a wireless solution? Only available in KL and Penang, some of them even said "under the sea"!!!
7) When you are not within the couverage, guess what? They ask you to move to another location!!! With the Internet couverage as reason for you to buy a new house! My GOD
8) Is it cheap? It is not if you calculate correctly. Compare with Streamyx (Used to be very bad service, now better, 100 times better than P1). You should also compare with Maxis, Digi & even the worst Celcom Internet package - you will know they are better.
9) They are just not ready for Internet business. Provide things are not ready.
10) Government, please do something to avoid those scams continue, hurting Malaysian's heart. Do something!

Im a user of Streamyx & P1 Wimax, compared the speed i can safetly say i prefer Wimax speed...however their care line is quite bad...
The price a bit high compare to narrowband...but it's more affordable that the rest of the broadband out there compare wat i aim is the speed...jz my 2cent

Wimax? My god. Do not believe some one will trust their ads. Another one complaint. I will share this website with others.
Takumi si correct. File to MCMC. They will take action. Those stupid guys will get what they suppose to.
But they claim they are the best in Klang valley.
